Conservation Data Specialist

JOB TITLE:            Conservation Data Specialist

SALARY:                 $37.50 hr./Full-time



The Conservation Data Specialist is responsible for updating a statewide production board with our agency’s work in progress, invoices Appliance Management services to the utilities, keeps contractor files up to date with program required documentation and performs various other data/documentation maintenance in an effort to help the department service our clients in a timely and efficient manner.



  • Updates the Statewide Production Dashboard with new project information, updates at various stages in the project life cycle and enters completed project information.
  • Prints contractors’ invoices and documentation and organizes file per agency guidelines.
  • Performs follow-up inquiries with the contractor for missing or updated paperwork that is needed.
  • Performs billing of Appliance Management Program services to the designated utilities.
  • Updates Salesforce database with newly eligible clients on a weekly basis.
  • Maintains contractors’ files with updated contracts, licenses, and insurance certificates.
  • Maintain program records according to established standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and agency information in accordance with federal and state laws and funding source requirements.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office Products, Salesforce and
  • Ability to calculate dimensions, area, and volume.
  • Commitment to working with people of different backgrounds and income levels.
  • Demonstrates ability to retain and apply regulatory policy requirements for selecting measures using Utility-approved priority lists.
  • Ensure compliance with program/department, agency and /or funding source requirements, as well as Self Help Inc. policies and procedures.


  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally


Travel within the state may be required for training.  As part of the responsibilities of this position, the Administrative Coordinator will have direct or incidental contact with clients served by Self Help Inc. in various programs funded or administered through the Executive Office of Health and Livable Communities.  A Successful background check is required.
