Due to the Pandemic, newly implemented staff safety protocols, and state mandated office space occupancy limits we have been working with reduced staff capacity. This is delaying the release of client eligibility, incomplete and denial notices. While our offices are closed to the public Self Help Inc. and the Home Energy Assistance Team continues to process applications, provide intake for new clients, and notify vendors of approved client benefit levels.
We want to remind all clients that if you do not have heat because your system isn’t working please contact 508-580-4481, if you don’t have fuel or utility service please contact our Home Energy Assistance Department at 508-588-5440.
