You may be eligible for significant savings and discounts on your monthly National Grid Gas and Electric bills. Any household whose gross yearly income falls at or below the income guidelines may qualify. Homeowners and renters – even those whose heat is included as part of the rent – are both eligible to receive Home Energy Assistance, and all heating types are eligible.
